Frequently asked questions
Shipping within Australia
If you choose the standard free postage option, please be aware that your parcel will be sent via Australia Post's untracked postal network, this is done so at your risk and we can not be held responsible for any items lost by Australia Post.
For your protection (and ours) we do offer both tracked and express postage options. These methods are far quicker than the the standard option, plus you'll be able to track your parcel from here to there. We think it's worth it for peace of mind.
International Shipping (for those outside Australia)
We ship our international orders via Australia Post, this is a tracked service so you can keep an eye on your item between here and there.
Due to Covid, delivery time frames have blown out a little bit. Packages appear to be taking approx 2-4 weeks to arrive (worst case scenario, it's generally around 2 weeks), please be aware that (obviously) delivery timeframes are out of our hands, we will do our best to get your items made and posted as quickly as possible.
Turn around times
We pride ourselves on being able to make and post your items out with a minimal turn around time. When ordering, you will be able to see the estimated delivery dates before confirming your order please take this into account before proceeding.
Please make sure you double check the spelling/wording on personalised items as we will engrave it exactly as entered. Also please ensure all information is provided to us at the time of ordering to prevent delays in us being able to make and post your item.
